• Converted Excel, CSV, JSON, and QBO files are available for download for 30 days, then automatically deleted
• Demo conversions are deleted after 3 days
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings

You have certain rights regarding the personal information we hold about you.

• Access and Correction: You can access, review, and update your account information at any time by logging into your account.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your account settings. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our production systems.

• Data Portability: You can download your converted files at any time during the retention period.
